Saigon's bustling small open  market, full of fresh produce and traditional wares, poses as a stark contrast to the modern city streets

 

Naughty Vietnamese fried spring rolls of prawn & chicken...freshen with chicken goi (Vietnamese for "salad")...warm up with chicken pho noodle soup...giggle with black-eyed bean pudding bathed in coconut sauce with your choice of organic herbal tea or Nespresso coffee 

Montagnard (40 per person)

Vietnam's folklore has it that its goddess mother Au Co took 50 children to the mountain, making up its multitude of minority ethnic groups living in the highlands along the western border. They raise cattle and live off the land

A well-known Buddhist temple, a tranquil place of worship, stands for more than 50 years in the midst of bustling Saigon. This menu is inspired by vegetarian meals eaten by Vietnamese monks and Buddhists

 

Shoes off with fried vegetarian spring rolls of mung bean and tofu on sesame rice paper crisp fresh greens & herbs...enlightening of vegetarian pho noodle soup in vegan broth...fresh fried tofu in vegetarian nuoc cham...last chime with a mung-bean-layers cake and your choice of organic herbal tea or Nespresso coffee
